My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to many factors. The room was outdated and we faced issues with cleanliness, which was frustrating. The staff were not particularly helpful or accommodating, which made the experience less enjoyable. Although the location was decent, it didn't fully make up for the negatives regarding the room and service.
